If you’re unfortunate enough to suffer a loss our claims staff will assist to make the claim process straight forward. Below are our recommendations in the event of a claim;
Claims checklist
- Secure the premises and act to limit any further loss. E.g.
- If you have a glass breakage from a burglary contact a glazier to have it replaced ASAP.
- If a door has been forced have it temporary secured whilst permanent repairs are arranged.
- If there is a water leak have emergency repairs done to prevent the water damage continuing.

- Obtain any official report numbers from police, ambulance, fire department etc.
- Limit any further damage that could occur (a requirement under the terms of the insurance).
- Arrange for replacement/repair quotes and if available find original purchase receipts.
